QuickTurn Service and Repair

Today’s environment of short labor, low supply, and high replacement costs mean you have to get the most from what you do have to work with. At Ivanhoe, we can help by offering expedited repair of your existing barcode equipment through our QuickTurn service and repair process:

  • Use our RMA Portal to alert us of the symptoms and mail us the equipment.
  • Within 24 hours of receipt, we will test the unit, diagnose the issue, and send you an estimate for the cost of repairs.
  • Once you approve, we will get to work. Typical turnaround times on repairs are 24-48 hours and we will ship back to you via UPS Ground.
  • Estimates are free of charge – we will ship you back the units at no cost if no repairs are approved.
