Repair barcode equipment: Start Here
Ivanhoe can repair barcode equipment of all makes and models; our service
is growing because we are efficient and economical. Here’s how the
repair process works.
1. Complete the RMA (Return Materials Authorization) form. When you’re done you’ll have a packing slip complete with the RMA number.
2. Pack your equipment well and send it to the Ivanhoe Repair Center.
3. Upon receipt we will review your failure symptoms and send you a repair estimate.
4a. Either you approve the repair and fax a P.O.

4b. Decline the repair (see NOTE below) we'll return it with no charges.
NOTE: Maybe a refurb replacement is cheaper. On costly
repairs we’ll include the refurb price. Don’t repair what can
be replaced for less!
